Ambassador Interview: Sheahan Keinick

Q: What first interested you in homeopathy?

Sheahan: My Mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and to help her through the treatment my teacher of anatomy and physiology at massage college gave me some homeopathy for her and I to take. Hannah introduced me and Mom to Donna. I then consulted Donna for my children and their illnesses as I chose to be vaccine free with my second child. I have never looked back. I fully believe in the healing properties of homeopathy.

Q: What do you think is the biggest myth about homeopathy?

Sheahan: The remedies come in a form like sugar pills and sceptics/critics claim they are placebo only.

Q: What are the must-have homeopathic remedies in your kit?

Sheahan: Off the top of my head must-haves are: Arnica, Aconite, Belladonna, Nux vomica, Bryonia, Ledum, Hypernicum, Apis. I take SO many in my kit for traveling now. I even take nosodes for Tetanus, Hepatitis A and B and Malaria.

Q: Have you or your child ever had a vaccine injury?

Sheahan: I am not sure my child suffered a vaccine injury initially. I trusted my gut that it was the wrong path to take for my second son. Then I spoke to my neighbour who had 9 kids and took them to Ecuador to visit her family Here children were never vaccinated after the second born had a seizure in the doctor’s office. I stopped vaccinated both kids then although my first son had vaccinations until his 2nd year schedule.

After a fear campaign by people I know, I took my youngest into a medi centre to get the Tetanus blood injection (TIG which is a human blood product) after he cut his ear open on a rusty fence. Immediately after the injection he started with tremors! We treated the adverse reaction through a naturopathic doctor with some drops we imported from the US.

Q: What do you wish everyone knew about homeopathy?

Sheahan: I would ask them to educate themselves in ways they can help their family and feel/be empowered to find ways to promote healing. That quest would lead them to homeopathy.

Q: What is the most exciting thing that homeopathy has to offer?

Sheahan: I feel empowered and equipped to help my family when they need it. I feel our knowledge through The Vaccine Free: Now What?  course, and trial and error with 10 years of home homeopathy use, helps me believe in the innate ability of the body to heal itself when given the right tools and energy. I feel it has helped me stay out of the doctor’s office as I have tools to try, along with supplements and oils and energy work, so we visit our doctor less frequently.

Q: What does being an ambassador for homeopathy mean to you?

Sheahan: Honoured to be a part of a secret team of “vigilantes” who want to help heal a world that is sadly educated and saturated in fear with such a narrow view of what can be used during illness. I feel willing to share remedies more, even talking about options with people who I know are possibly closed minded to “alternate medicine”. I feel I am part of an ancient healing art and I am grateful for the experience. I am actually looking at it as a way to expand my future and perhaps become a practitioner 🙂 Thank you for the years of inspiration Donna!
